At Brady Hughes Consulting we present a creative approach for today's planning and design challenges. Our involvment in the Sienna Valley (North Drogheda Environs) masterplanning process has given us a unique insight into current urban planning processes. We have, in conjunction with Louth County Council, developed numerous character areas and urban clusters to preplanning agreement stage. In association with our subcontractors we have then designed over 3000 residential units in over 8 different character areas for over half the members of the North Drogheda Environs landowners.
Our practice acted as the coordinating practice among 12 designers and planners, for the management of all coordination issues related to preparation of integrated designs at the highest level.
We produce quality design solutions to match your ideas and economic requirements. We will provide the documentation necessary for compliance with the current planning and building regulations. We prepare comprehensive preplanning submissions for agreement with Local Authorities.
We will liase on your behalf with the Local Authority with regard to compliance on regulatory matters. We will prepare necessary applications for submission to Local Authorities in relation to Planning and Building Regulation Requirements.
We are also available for general consultancy in relation to all planning matters including objections, submissions, and appeals to An Bord Pleanala.
